Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Western New Mexico Correctional Facility North in Grants, NM. The role involves performing exams, treating acute and chronic conditions, coordinating care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
