Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Group, part of Northern Nevada Health System, is hiring a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across assigned practices in strict compliance with federal and state guidelines. You will collaborate with departments to optimize workflow, budgets, and revenue cycle performance while leading recruitment and staff development.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years healthcare supervision experience, with strong MS Office, EMR, and billing terminology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• 5–7 years in healthcare with at least 2 years in a supervisor capacity.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of office software, EMR, billing terminology, revenue cycle and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for assigned practice(s) in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient practice operations and budgets.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff development; promote service excellence and confidentiality.
• Manage expenses, revenue cycle monitoring, and provider subsidies to minimize costs.
