Job summary

Methodist Healthcare is seeking an RN Manager Clinical Operations to lead planning and implementation for centralized nursing scheduling and a system-wide resources pool. You will coordinate staffing across facilities to ensure equitable distribution and collaborate with administrators, physicians, and staff to meet patient care objectives.

The role supports the organization’s standards of care and mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Three years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current TX RN license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement centralized nursing scheduling and nursing resource pool system-wide.
• Coordinate staffing between facilities to ensure equitable distribution of available staff.
• Work cooperatively with administrators, physicians, staff, other managers and customers to provide services that meet and exceed expectations.
• Support the hospital’s Standards of Care and Practice and align with Mission and Vision of Methodist Healthcare System.
