Job summary

You will lead nursing staff, drive quality, safety, and innovation through data-driven decisions, and oversee budgeting, staff development, and governance that empowers frontline nurses to influence practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold Maryland RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Nursing leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in OB/GYN and/or Pediatrics required.
• One year of relevant education may substitute for one year of required work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of OB/Gyn, Pediatrics, and Women’s Center ambulatory services to ensure efficient patient care.
• Lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in strategic planning, identify opportunities and develop plans aligned with initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, staff development, and foster a collaborative patient-centered environment.
• Operationalize governance structures to empower frontline nurses with evidence-based practice and data-driven decisions.
