• Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience.
• Related master's degree may be considered in lieu of some experience and supervisory experience may substitute for up to two years.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for nursing practice standards, regulatory compliance and performance improvement activities of the clinic operation.
• Practice nursing per clinical protocols and under the nursing scope of practice for the State of Maryland.
• May perform case management services to patients from initial intake visit through termination of services.
• Plan and monitor budgets in the areas of nursing personnel, medical-surgical supplies, equipment, and medications.
• Design, manage, and evaluate the systems through which patient care is delivered, and maintain an efficient and cost-effective environment conducive to quality patient care.
