• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care.
• Oversees management staff, maximizes resource utilization, and ensures the highest quality of care.
• Develops standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry standards, evidence-based practice, and the organization’s mission.
• Supports performance improvement activities and aids in recruitment and retention of the care team workforce.
