Qualifications

• Related master's degree may be considered in lieu of some experience.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience; supervisory experience may substitute for up to 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer outpatient care services for Gynecology & Obstetrics.
• Supervise medical assistants administratively and clinical nurses directly.
• Oversee PSCs as applicable.
• Ensure nursing practice standards, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement for the clinic.
• Plan and monitor budgets for personnel, supplies, equipment, and medications.
