Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience providing HIV prevention or care services.

Responsibilities

• Linkage to care point person for newly identified HIV infected persons enrolling in Cooper EIP medical care services.
• Re-engage HIV infected persons lost to care and provide partner services.
• Collaborate with medical team to counsel patients on management of treatment plans.
• Employ social networking strategies to engage HIV patients for testing.
• Provide prevention counseling/strategies such as CLEAR, ARTAS, or Partners in Health.
