Job summary

Qualifications

• High School / GED.
• 1 year of Nursing in the specialty.
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).

Responsibilities

• Serve as preliminary contact for AHN patients by greeting callers and collecting accurate demographic and payor information.
• Provide professional nursing assessments in a call center and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Assist non-clinical staff with clinical questions and coordinate appointments.
• Coordinate appointments with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Identify at-risk patients and facilitate appropriate screening processes.
• Work inbound or outbound call projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required.
