Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Clinical Nursing.
• 3 years of experience in stepdown/critical care/Emergency Room.
• Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through eNLC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care for adult and pediatric transfers.
• Facilitate patient throughput within the AHN network.
• Identify and prioritize incoming caller needs for patient-centered support.
• Utilize several software platforms to maintain accurate patient records.
• Clinically prioritize and coordinate patient placement.
