Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN to lead a nursing unit in Minnesota, directing the nursing process, staffing, and daily operations to ensure high‑quality resident care.

You will assess residents, develop care plans with the team, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining documentation and communication with physicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Minnesota Registered Nurse license and CPR/emergency care certification.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or assisted living settings.
• Strong multitasking, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a designated nursing unit by directing the nursing process and managing resources.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring quality resident care.
• Supervise nursing staff, delegate tasks, address performance concerns, and ensure adequate staffing.
• Ensure accurate documentation, physician orders, medication administration, and adherence to Medicare and facility standards.
• Support audits, QAPI initiatives, and ongoing training to maintain a positive, compliant work culture.
