Job summary

UpCore Solutions is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department to provide daily clinical and operational leadership in a fast-paced acute care setting.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, patient flow, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required; Master's preferred; Texas RN license required; opportunities to lead a dynamic team in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Texas RN or Multi-State Compact RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within six months of hire; TNCC/ENPC/CEN within 18 months.

This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting operational excellence, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance. The Nurse Manager oversees staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, patient flow, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

• TNCC, ENPC or CEN within 18 months of hire.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
