Job summary

Upcoresolutions is seeking a Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department to lead daily clinical and operational activities in a fast-paced acute care setting. The role ensures safe, high-quality patient care while driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, patient flow, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS, AHA or ARC ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• TNCC, ENPC or CEN within 18 months of hire.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
