Job summary

Integrity Alliance Solutions seeks a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department in Dallas, TX to provide daily clinical and operational leadership in a fast-paced acute care setting. Qualifications

  • BSN required; RN license in Texas or Multi-State Compact.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • ACLS, AHA or ARC within six months of hire.
  • TNCC, ENPC or CEN within 18 months of hire.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Position Summary

The Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department is responsible for the daily clinical and operational leadership of a fast-paced acute care Emergency Department. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting operational excellence, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance. The Nurse Manager oversees staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, patient flow, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Emergency Department.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and employee performance.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with physicians, patients, and hospital leadership.

  • Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Current Texas RN or Multi-State Compact RN license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • ACLS, AHA or ARC, ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
  • TNCC, ENPC or CEN within 18 months of hire.
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications (not Required)
  • Emergency Department Nurse Manager experience.
  • Experience managing high-volume Emergency Departments.
  • Strong background in quality improvement, staffing, budgeting, and physician collaboration."
