Job Responsibilities

• Direct nursing personnel, ensuring effective plan‑of‑care implementation.
• Provide clinical leadership during crises to maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain approved patient‑care standards and collaborate on service or program development.
• Promote staff clinical development and competency to maximize patient outcomes.
