Job summary

ChristianaCare Health System in Delaware seeks a Nurse Manager for the Radiology Care Unit (RCU) and Vascular Access Nursing (VAN). The Manager will oversee staff across Newark and Wilmington campuses and lead nursing practice and overall care delivery for both units.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing school, a Master’s degree (or BSN with a Master’s in healthcare/management), professional certification in a nursing specialty, Delaware RN licensure, BLS, and five years

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Master's degree in nursing or BSN with a Master’s in healthcare/management.
• Professional certification in a related nursing specialty.
• Five years of leadership experience in Critical Care or Interventional Procedural Lab.
• Current Delaware RN licensure and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff for Radiology Care Unit (RCU) and Vascular Access Nursing (VAN).
• Ensure regulatory and professional standards are met.
• Identify management priorities and delegate effectively.
• Lead patient rounds to monitor care and promote patient satisfaction.
• Support PI initiatives and shared decision-making on unit.
