Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks a Nurse Manager to oversee the designated unit, including staffing, supervision, and implementation of nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients. You will lead the shift operations, guide staff development, and ensure quality patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires RN licensure in Florida, a BSN preferred, and CPI certification or equivalent.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
• CPI certification or equivalent required or preferred

Mansioni

• Oversee full unit operation including staffing and supervision.
• Interview, hire and terminate staff as needed.
• Plan and direct nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients.
• Support professional growth and development of nursing staff and provide direct supervision.
