Job summary

The role requires a BSN/MSN, Florida RN license, CPR certification, and prior leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing and FL RN license.
• Leadership experience preferred and CPR certified.
• Experience coordinating medical care and medications per physician orders.
• Proficiency with electronic charting and medication administration records.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessment identifying medical needs and limitations.
• Record and transcribe physician orders and carry out STAT orders.
• Communicate observations and recommendations for the plan of care.
• Identify abnormal diagnostics and alert attending physician.
• Document medication administration and coordinate pharmacy orders.
• Maintain secure handling of controlled medications and nursing documentation.
