The role requires a BSN and active Florida RN license with CPR/BLS, plus at least 3 years of clinical RN experience and demonstrated leadership to coordinate departments and staff.

The position also involves liaison duties with patients, families, and departments, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance across units.

Responsabilidades

• Provides operational oversight and crisis management.
• Acts as administrative liaison to patients, families, staff, and external customers.
• Manages staffing plans and allocates resources to maintain operations.
• Coordinates triage and logistics with ED, bed control, and executive team.
• Responds to emergencies; directs codes and evacuations.
• Supervises patient care units and supports clinical staff and services.
