Job summary
Lifeskills Behavioral Health in Deerfield Beach, FL seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations within the residential treatment program. The role oversees medical care, medication administration, and coordination with physicians to ensure safe, therapeutic care for residents.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is required.
- RN license in the state of Florida is required and must be current.
- CPR certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Provides a comprehensive nursing assessment identifying client medical needs and limitations.
- Transcribes physicians' orders and carries out STAT orders.
- Coordinates pharmacy and laboratory orders, delivery, and refills with vendors.
- Administers medications and injections per physician orders and MAR.
- Documents nursing assessments, weekly notes, and plan of care in electronic charting systems.
