Lifeskills South Florida Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) to lead clinical teams and coordinate medical services within our residential program.

The role includes nursing assessments, medication administration, physician order transcription, and collaboration with the Clinical Director to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for clients. It requires Florida RN licensure, CPR certification, and a passion for evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provides a comprehensive nursing assessment identifying clients' medical needs, capabilities, and limitations.
• Records and transcribes physicians' orders, including STAT orders.
• Communicates observations and recommendations for the plan of care to the treatment team.
• Documents administration of medications (including PRN) per policy.
• Coordinates pharmacy and laboratory orders, delivery, and refills with vendors.
• Administers medications and injections as ordered and maintains secure control of medications.
