Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Operating Room at our Vancouver, Washington campus. This leadership role oversees 24-hour OR operations, champions clinical excellence, and drives quality outcomes while managing resources and staff development.

The successful candidate will lead nursing teams, advance perioperative practice, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences in a mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

  • BSN or MSN from an accredited program.
  • Current RN licensure.
  • BLS certification upon hire.
  • Minimum three years of OR nursing experience.
  • Minimum two years of nurse leadership experience.
  • Progressive leadership roles such as Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
  • Experience with financial and budget management.

About the Role

As the Nurse Manager, Operating Room, you will oversee 24-hour operational accountability for the OR, ensuring excellence in patient care delivery, caregiver engagement, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

Annual Salary Range: $147,721 - $221,603


Actual compensation is based on factors including education, experience, training, certifications, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity.

What You\'ll Bring

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing program

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
