Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Operating Room at our Vancouver, Washington campus. This leadership role oversees 24-hour OR operations, champions clinical excellence, and drives quality outcomes while managing resources and staff development.

The successful candidate will lead nursing teams, advance perioperative practice, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences in a mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN from an accredited program.
• Current RN licensure.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• Minimum three years of OR nursing experience.
• Minimum two years of nurse leadership experience.
• Progressive leadership roles such as Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
• Experience with financial and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour operational accountability for the OR.
• Lead and mentor nursing teams; promote evidence-based practice.
• Shape strategic direction of perioperative services; drive quality outcomes.
