The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an MSN within two years, a WA RN license, and at least 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, with a strong focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and team development.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare to be completed within two years of hire.
  • Current WA RN license or valid Multistate Licensure acceptable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for Med/Surg units.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs, ensuring high-quality and safe care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
