Unit Operations: Oversee all nursing activities, workflows, and resource allocation while actively identifying and resolving issues to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of patient care.
Staff Leadership: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation, while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Compliance and Budgeting: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory/accreditation standards and manage departmental finances by monitoring budgets and approving expenditures to ensure fiscal compliance.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
