Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership of a nursing unit.
- Experience guiding performance improvement initiatives.
- Ability to mentor and develop staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead nursing staff to ensure safe patient care.

- Mentor new staff and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
