Mercy in Missouri seeks a Nurse Manager for the Main Operating Room to lead a high-volume surgical services team in a Level I Trauma Center. You will drive safe, high-quality patient care, operational excellence, staff engagement, and clinical outcomes across 27 ORs and pediatric care.

This role aligns with Mercy’s mission and Nursing Strategic Plans. You will develop staffing, optimize workflows, and mentor perioperative staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement

Formación

• Current RN license required.
• BSN required.
• Progressive perioperative leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of the Main Operating Room.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Foster safety, quality, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve workflow and care delivery.
• Monitor quality metrics and implement evidence-based practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a highly engaged perioperative team.
• Support professional development and alignment with Nursing Strategic Plans.
