The Registered Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of nursing services in a state government healthcare facility. This position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership and the ability to manage nursing staff while ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.

The role enforces regulatory compliance, manages staffing, scheduling, and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes in the Office of Long Term Care.

Formación

• In-depth nursing knowledge and patient care expertise.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Strong organizational and management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily nursing unit operations and staff scheduling.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants.
• Ensure delivery of safe, patient-centered care according to standards.
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas Nurse Practice Act and safety standards.
• Organize ongoing education and training for nursing staff.
