Preferred Care Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, a broad nursing knowledge, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment.

This role oversees nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives improvements in patient care standards within our facility.

Qualifications

Valid RN license is required.
Experience in a managerial/supervisory role in healthcare is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams.

Responsabilités

Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
Assess patient care quality and implement improvements as necessary.
Coordinate comprehensive patient care plans with healthcare professionals.
Oversee medication administration, including IV insertion.
Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
Provide training and mentorship on pain management and primary care practices.
Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the facility.
Address patient care issues and provide appropriate treatment and support.
