Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit and ensure high-quality patient care at our facility in New Jersey. The role requires an active RN license and management experience, with a focus on coordination, education, and compliance.

The RN Unit Manager will oversee individualized patient assessments, staff education, rounds, and performance coaching to maintain exceptional care standards. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• An active/ valid NJ RN license; Must have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care in long-term care, restorative or geriatric setting as an RN.
• Minimum (1) year of experience in nursing management.
• Current CPR Certification.
