Qualifications

• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in medical documentation practices is necessary for maintaining compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices in patient care.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient care quality and implement improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans.
• Oversee medication administration, including IV insertion
• Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments.
• Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff on pain management techniques and primary care practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the nursing facility setting.
• Address any issues related to paitent care, ensuring appropriate treatment and support for patients.
