Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include RN license and Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Experience in acute care and leadership/management potential.
• Knowledge of patient safety, care coordination, and family-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates nursing care for a defined patient population.
• Recruits, interviews and selects staff for the unit.
• Develops and evaluates unit policies, procedures and goals.
• Performs regular staff evaluations and serves as clinical resource.
• Manages staffing plans and budget to meet patient needs.
