Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized plans of care aligned with patients' values and cultural beliefs.

You'll collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality and safety improvements. The position involves Day/Night shifts and requires active PA RN licensure.

Formación

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Knowledge of patient-centered care and family engagement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Familiarity with health information documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with patients and families to develop care plans reflecting cultural values.
• Educate patients and families on learning needs and discharge preparations.
• Use information technology to communicate and monitor care outcomes.
• Work within inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate care.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives and committees.
• Provide feedback and participate in staff development as a preceptor.
