Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in CA (unrestricted).
• BSN required; MSN leadership preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• 3–5 years nursing experience; 1+ year in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight of nursing care to support safe, high-quality patient-centered care across the health center.
• Ensure effective nursing services and care coordination that support positive patient outcomes and access to care for diverse populations.
• Develop nursing staff performance and professional practice to maintain a competent, engaged workforce.
• Promote compliance with regulatory, accreditation, organizational, and quality standards in nursing and clinical operations.
• Collaborate with providers, clinical leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to improve care delivery and patient experience.
• Advance quality improvement and patient safety initiatives that enhance outcomes and organizational performance.
• Facilitate efficient clinical workflows and resource utilization to support operations and continuity of care.
• Support organizational goals, policies, and strategic initiatives related to nursing practice and population health.
