Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA is seeking a Nurse Manager - Nursing Admin for a full-time role with 8-hour variable shifts. The Nurse Manager will provide clinical leadership for a patient care unit, oversee personnel and budgets, and drive standards and staff development in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- California RN License upon hire.
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
- 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Nursing supervisory/managerial experience.
Responsabilidades
- Provide clinical leadership for the unit.
- Oversee personnel and fiscal management.
- Develop clinical standards and staff development initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve practice.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
