Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for Saint Louis, Missouri. The Nurse Manager will lead a 38-bed GI/GU Surgery unit, work with GI/GU surgeons, and advance ERAS practices within a Magnet-designated hospital environment.

The role requires a BSN, 3–5 years of nursing supervisory experience, and 5–10 years RN experience, with full-time days and relocation support available as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 3–5 years of nursing supervisory experience preferred.
• 5–10 years of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and clinical management of a designated patient care unit on a 24-hour basis.
• Hires, trains, assigns work, evaluates performance, and develops staff.
• Ensure budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance to achieve department goals.
