Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• RN licensure.
• 3–5 years nursing supervisory experience preferred.
• 5–10 years RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages operational and clinical aspects of designated unit 24/7.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develops and adheres to budgets and departmental goals.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
