Job summary

Netpace Inc. seeks an experienced Emergency Services Manager to oversee daily ED operations, staffing, clinical quality, patient flow, and team performance in a high-acuity emergency department.

Responsibilities include leading ED operations for ~55 FTEs, ensuring quality and safety, managing staffing, and coaching nursing staff, with collaboration across physicians and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of acute-care ED experience.
• 2–3+ years of ED leadership experience preferred.
• Active RN license (or compact).
• BLS and PALS/ENPC required.
• BSN, ACLS, TNCC preferred.

• Oversee daily ED operations for approximately 55 FTEs.
• Ensure quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and department productivity.
• Coach, develop, and retain nursing staff.

Salary: $110,000 to $120,000/year + Benefits

Role Overview

• Coach, develop, and retain nursing staff
• Monitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leadership teams

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of recent acute-care ED experience
• 2-3+ years of recent ED leadership experience preferred
• Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, Supervisor, or strong Charge RN experience
• Active RN license or compact license
• BLS and PALS/ENPC required
• BSN, ACLS, and TNCC preferred
