Meds Talent LLC is seeking an experienced ED RN Manager in Gunnison, CO to oversee patient care, supervise nursing staff, and run daily Emergency Department operations. The Nurse Manager reports to the Director of Patient Care Services and provides leadership while supporting bedside care as needed.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift, with Rotating Weekend Coverage

EMR: EPIC

Facility Type: 24-bed short-term, critical access hospital.

Compensation:

Weekly Gross Pay: $3600.60/week

Pay Breakdown:

• Weekly Stipend : $1855.00 (non-taxable)
• Weekly Taxable: $1745.60 (taxable)
• Overtime: After 40 hours/week at $95.09 per hour
• On-Call: $2/hour pager
• Call Back Rate: at $95.09 per hour
