Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and active RN license in MA.
• Minimum three years in a supervisory or team lead nursing role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual a plus.
• Experience with electronic health records and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervise clinical staff directly and indirectly; coordinate departmental activities.
• Foster two-way communication between clinical staff and management.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure efficient department operations.
• Manage budget for materials, supplies, and overtime; monitor expenses.
• Interpret policies and procedures to staff; ensure compliance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and mentor staff; address disciplinary needs.
• Create staff schedules to ensure optimal patient care and coverage.
• Review timesheets; approve payroll and vacation requests bi-weekly.
• Assess clinical skills; oversee annual training and competencies.
• Organize orientation for new nursing and support staff.
• Monitor immunizations/stock; manage inventory and expiration dates.
• Performs RN duties as needed: history taking, patient teaching, triage, documentation.
