Qualifications

• 2-5 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with best practice standards in patient care.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of nursing staff.
• Monitor patient care related to medications and vital signs.
• Assist with care coordination and discharge planning.
