Our client, a well-established private medical practice in Wellesley, MA, is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations and lead a high-performing nursing and Medical Assistant team.

You will work with physicians and leadership to ensure efficient daily operations, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and ongoing improvement in a personalized clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 5+ years of nursing experience, ambulatory/primary care settings.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing clinical staff.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and managing nursing staff.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, performance management, and clinical operations.
• Strong electronic medical record experience; Epic experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and Medical Assistant staff.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Develop staffing plans and schedules for clinical coverage.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, CDC guidelines and MA regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and improve patient flow.
• Provide hands-on nursing care within RN scope as needed.
• Support chronic disease management and patient communication.
• Partner with physicians on workflow redesign and EMR optimization.
