Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Massachusetts and enrollment in LPN-to-RN program within 4 years of hire.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• ACLS may be required based on specialty.
• Proven ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations for the Easton practice with dedicated clinical time.
• Partner with Operations to ensure optimal functioning and lead safety initiatives.
• Use data (e.g., Press Ganey, HOSHIN metrics) to drive quality improvements.
• Own clinical safety responsibilities and ensure regulatory compliance across the service line.
• Manage patient complaints and daily operations concerns.
• Communicate updates to leadership and staff; participate in committees and projects.
• Supervise clinical nursing staff, manage staffing and performance reviews; support development.
• Oversee onboarding, training and competency validation for staff.
