Job summary

Health Care for the Homeless in Baltimore seeks a Nurse Manager (RN) in the Fallsway clinic. You will supervise Medical Assistants, manage scheduling, training, and compliance, and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care while leading the nursing team.

The role requires Maryland RN licensure, BSN, BLS CPR, and at least three years RN experience with supervisory duties, preferably in community health settings; multidisciplinary collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Maryland RN license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Medical Assistants in the Fallsway Adult Medical Clinic.
• Oversee MA orientation, training and competency.
• Provide on-the-ground operational and clinical support during staffing shortages.
• Perform direct patient care for at least two clinical sessions weekly.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
