Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) and the Cardiovascular Interventional Lab (CVIL) to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. Manages nursing staff, ensures high-quality patient care, maintains compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizes workflows. Participates in strategic planning, identifying opportunities, and developing plans that align with the organization's strategic initiatives. Responsible for budgeting, staff development, and fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Operationalizes professional governance structures that enable frontline nurses to influence practice, quality, safety, and innovation through evidence-based practice and data-driven decision-making.
Minimum $58.03/hour - Maximum $89.94/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
