Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• CNOR preferred.
• BSN or MS in Nursing/Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, evaluate and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Lead the nursing department and ensure quality nursing care.
• Demonstrate competence in age-specific patient needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of designated skills for the position.
• Supervise unit functioning on assigned shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
