Qualifications

• Nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
• Qualifications must include RN licensure and active practice.
• Knowledge of case management and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicants and hire staff; direct unit operations and staff.
• Develop case management programs to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Improve workflows; support departmental operations as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver evidence-based care.
• Plan staff schedules and monitor productivity; address complaints promptly.
• Ensure documentation adheres to policies and participate in staff education.
