AdventHealth Riverview seeks an experienced nursing leader to coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia. You will supervise nursing assistants, develop individualized care plans, and ensure efficient daily operations while maintaining high standards of patient care.

The role demands strong clinical judgment, team leadership, and robust communication with physicians and staff. A current RN license and experience in a supervisory role are required.

Competenze

• Ability to assess patient conditions using abstract reasoning and revise care plans.
• Proficient in Windows-based programs for documentation and workflows.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care teams.
• Current nursing license with knowledge of unit nursing requirements.
• Ability to identify problems affecting service and implement timely solutions.
• Participation in or leadership of project teams and committees.
• Clear, effective communication with staff and families.

Mansioni

• Coordinate patient care across multiple departments (PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, anesthesia).
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
