Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital seeks an Acute Care Clinical Manager to guide an integrated nursing team, developing education, competencies and performance standards. You will support staff on the floor during busy periods, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and high‑quality care across pediatric to geriatric patients.

Under the Director, you will plan schedules, evaluate staff, and drive clinical knowledge and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent required.
• Current Montana RN license and state certification expectations.
• Minimum two years Med/Surg experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of nursing team and education with director oversight.
• Develop and maintain staff competencies, evaluations and safety standards.
• Provide floor support during high patient loads across pediatric to geriatric care.
• Collaborate with physicians, mid‑level providers and interdisciplinary teams.
