Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital is seeking an Acute Care Clinical Manager to lead an integrated nursing team, develop staff, and oversee education, safety and patient care standards. You will work with the Director to advance clinical knowledge, decision-making, and professional performance, while providing on-floor support during peak times.

The role requires a BSN (Montana RN) with 2+ years in Med/Surg and 1‑year leadership experience preferred; advanced degrees are desired.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher, Montana RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience.
• 1 year leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated nursing team approach and staff development.
• Coordinate education, competencies, evaluation, and performance improvement.
• Support nurses on the floor during high patient loads.
